Use this form to get a Ski Tour or Hike on the Club Calendar.

We are looking for Tour Leader(s) to lead ski tours this winter. You can lead a tour on any day of the week - weekdays and weekends. Choose a day and time that works for you. Be aware of daylight hours when choosing a time for the tour. You do not need to be an experienced skier to lead a tour - if you have some experience in cross country skiing, we encourage you to lead a tour.

Consider an option to lead a Ski or Hike Tour if snow conditions are poor. You can use this form to submit your Ski or Hike Tour for the Club Calendar.

Not sure where you wish to lead your ski tour? Maybe it is dependent on the snow. Volunteer for a "Find the Snow" tour. All you need to do is hold the date by completing the form and use that description and any other information you may have.

Of course, if snow conditions do not cooperate, you are free to cancel or postpone the tour. Should you need to cancel or postpone your tour, we ask that you make that decision by 7 PM the day before. In addition, we ask all Tour Leaders to send an email to the CNSC GoogleGroup by 8 PM the night before with your announcement that the tour is cancelled or postponed.

Level 2 - Some Experience: can stride and snowplow

Level 3 - Experienced: Can stride, snowplow, herringbone and can handle most uphills and moderate downhills.

Level 4 - Advanced: Ability to handle many kinds of terrain

This ski tour is open to all levels - with options for skiers to ski on different trails such as a Touring Center, etc.

This is a hike and is suitable for those who can hike for up to 45 minutes to 1 hour on varying terrain.
