ONCE YOUR APPLICATION HAS BEEN  APPROVED ,YOU WILL GET AN INVOICE SENT FROM KITOKOS DIRECT LINK TO PAY THROUGH PAY PAL OR SQUARE.   TO SECURE YOUR SPACE 50 % DEPOSIT PAYMENT DUE WITHIN  48  HOURS .

THE REFUNDS ARE MADE ONLY IF THERE ARE NO MAKE  UP DATES.

Products and Services Displayed Sold Must Be According To Contract. All Signs and Banners must be professional.
LIABILITY. I accept all responsibility of selling during the time that I am at the Kitokos LLC/Empower Me event. I am fully accountable and responsible for all activity that happens in the event space provided by Kitokos LLC/Empower Me.  Damages. Vendor fee is non refundable. EVENTS DATE ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE. Display items ( DISPLAYS MUST BE 6 FEET TALL OR LESS  ) All exhibit signage must be pre approved by Center management prior to set-up. All signs are to be professionally printed. You are not allowed to hang/tape(command strip) anything on the walls. You are responsible for any damage incurred in your space.  Please have your space inspected before you leave.
