STRIving to DEvelop (STRIDE) is a leadership program for university/college women. It offers each student the possibility to be part of monthly seminars, an International student workshop called UNIV Inspire, and one-on-one professional mentoring with a successful woman in her field of studies. The program runs yearly from September to April.

STRIDE aims to be a trusted resource for university/college women to help them achieve their personal and professional goals, while also giving back to the community. STRIDE prepares the next generation of female leaders in the workplace who will be a catalyst of positive change in society.
