1.  Fill in Google Form and submit.
2.  WAIT for an EMAIL with @tla.ph.education address for the confirmation of your slot.
3.  Secure your slot by depositing P5,000 (per cycle). 

We will hold your slot for 48 hours from the time we email you the slot confirmation and bank account details.

ALL FUTURE PAYMENTS must be sent to payments@tla.ph.education.

"FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS" This form will serve as your ordinal proof of reservation.

You must re-register to join any cycle other than the one/those you specify in this Google form.  The additional cycle slot is still subject to availability.

PLEASE DOWNLOAD desktop/phone application called, "TELEGRAM" TODAY.  TLAP will be using this to correspond with teachers and management for the whole school year.

REFUND POLICY
Since slots are very limited per cycle, there will be no refunds for no-shows/absences.  We will, however, honor pull outs at P1,000 per remaining unused playday. Notice for refund, in writing, should be at least 24 hours before the (unused) playday.

SNACKS
We will not have snacks during class time.  Please amply feed your child before or after the class.

PARENTS AND CAREGIVERS ON THE PREMISES
There is a waiting area for all caregivers at the entrance area after the elevator.  Non-TLA individuals may drop off and pick up their child AT THE ENTRANCE of the school. 

MASKS & SOCKS
Because masks have been proven to lessen the spread of airborne viruses, both adults and children are required to keep KF95 or KN94 face masks on, unless eating, while on the premises. 

We request that you practice mask-wearing now.

Socks are also required to enter the playground.

MORE DETAILS FROM YOUR TEACHER
On the weekend before your cycle, your class teacher will email you a Liability Waiver and Consent Form (LWCF) that you must print out, read and sign before submitting it on the first day of each cycle.  

Apart from socks for the playground, please bring extra face masks, a pack of baby wipes, an alcohol spray bottle, and diapers (if applicable).

We will take care of any school supplies and materials we will use during the cycles.
