Counselors for Social Justice Chapter Annual Report

HELLO CHAPTERS!

As of the 2023-2024 leadership year, the Chapter Annual Reports are now due on May 31st. This is a change from the previous due date of September 30.  Please come back to this form in the Spring to submit your Annual Report for the current year. If you have changes to your chapter's leadership roster, please email those to membership@counseling-csj.org - include full name, role in your chapter, email address, and CSJ member number.

Section 4: Updates to Constitution
If you have an updated constitution, please acknowledge that you will email it to membership@counseling-csj.org and we will submit it through our Board review process.

Most chapters do not update their Constitution regularly, but if you have done so since filing your last Annual Report, we need to please receive the new one to get it approved by CSJ Board.
