Ryston Round Norfolk 2024 Relay Expression of Interest
Let us know if you want to get involved in any of the 3 Ryston teams for the Round Norfolk Relay this year and what constraints/preferences you have. The event is on 14th-15th September 2024 and consists of 17 unequal stages run round the perimeter of the county. The minimum age to take part is 15, with the following age restrictions of stages for those aged 15-18 (stage details accessible via the link below).

Age 15 - Stages 3 or 16 only
Age 16 - The above, plus stages 5, 6, 7, 8, 14 and 15
Age 17 - The above, plus stage 2, 4, 10, 11, 13 and 17
Age 18+ - No restriction
