Art and Wellbeing Survey 2022
Guy Cry Club CIC has created this survey to gain further insight into the public's general understanding of and interaction with mental health, as well as what value they place upon the connection between art and wellbeing. Your answers will directly impact the future of this organisation; informing events, creative opportunities and the development of new ways to engage the public with topics surrounding mental health.

There are a total of 21 questions. Some of these include spaces for you to go into more detail about your opinions and experiences. These latter spaces are completely optional.

As a thank you for taking part in this survey Guy Cry Club CIC would like to offer a collection of digitised artworks for you to explore, print at home, remix, enjoy. For these to be sent to you we will ask for an email address. Your email address will only be used for this purpose and will not be shared with any other party.

Survey responses may be used within funding applications and content creation. Your answers will never be connected to any personal identifiable information you may share. Your answers will remain anonymous.
