Registration Details
We have tried to make registration as clear as possible. Please know if we have any questions we will reach out to clarify.  SKIP over any questions that do not apply.
In-person Classes-- Individual Selections
Please select individual classes your student is taking on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. 

Remote Classes--Individual Selections
Agreement--Read and acknowledge below that you have read and agree to the terms of this registration.
1. Your registration is not complete AND your space is not held until you have submitted a $20 non-refundable fee per individual registering-the link is found in the information provided after you submit this form.
2. You understand that material fees are paid directly to teacher no later than 8/15/2024 for session 1 and full year programs. Session 2 and session 3 programs will have their own deadlines for material fees. This information will be sent to you via email in August of 2024 or within a week of registration if submitted over the summer.
3. Full year programs are paid in 9 equal payments September to May.
4. Session programs are paid either monthly or at once; please read program pricing sheet for details.
5. Withdrawals for any reason need to be submitted in writing to va-admin@villageacademy-ma.org and become effective the first of the following month. PLEASE ADD THIS EMAIL ADDRESS TO YOUR CONTACTS.
6. Adding additional registration for this child later does not incur an additional registration fee.
