This form is for parents, coaches, commissioners or anyone else associated with PALs that would like to make a comment or suggestion for the PALS Board to discuss. This helps the PALS Board know there is an issue that needs attention within our organization. This also stays on file should there be a recurring issue that brings concern. Know that our main priority is to the children and we want to uncover and address any issue within our organization.
Depending on the comment, appropriate action will be taken and if you choose to receive a follow up, we will contact you by your preferred method. We ask that you trust us as we grow.
