Travel Award Application Form for Remote Attendance, April-June 2021
While ASU travel restrictions remain in place, the Graduate College will utilize travel award funds to assist students with enhancing their professional development by funding registration costs for online/remote conferences and trainings which occur from April 1, 2021 - June 30, 2021. This funding is ONLY available for registration in remote/online events.

Awards up to $500 available per applicant.

Eligibility:
1. Applicants must be current graduate students enrolled in an on-campus immersion degree program who are in good academic standing .
2. Students apply directly, there is no need for unit nomination.

NOTE: ASU tuition, fees, coursework, or any expenses reflected on ASU student accounts (including workshops, pre-requisite courses, etc.) are not eligible for this funding.

Submission and Notification Procedures:
Applications will be accepted from students directly.  Unit nominations not required for this unique award.
It is not necessary to complete a MyASU Trip request for these funds.  
Awards will be disbursed as either a reimbursement or a direct payment on behalf of the student.

Initial Review will happen after March 1 deadline. These applicants will receive funding notification approximately two weeks after the deadline.

Applications will continue to be accepted on a rolling basis after this deadline and additional awards will be made every two weeks until funds are depleted.
