MNMN DHS Child Care Centers Regulation Modernization Feedback
MN Department of Human Services (DHS) seeks feedback from the MN Montessori community via the Minnesota Montessori Network (MNMN) to support its Child Care Centers Regulation Modernization Project.  We deeply appreciate the continued partnership with DHS and their commitment to support Montessori programs thriving in MN.  

YOU are Montessori in MN and we need your experience and feedback regarding Child Care Centers Regulation to share with DHS.  

We have organized a virtual feedback session on Tuesday 10/10/23 at 1 p.m. for the Montessori community to meet with our DHS partners and share feedback together.  If you would like to attend, please let us know on this form.  As well, we invite your feedback via this form, regardless of your willingness or capacity to attend the session with DHS.  We will aggregate the feedback shared here and offer it to our DHS partners, in addition to the feedback you all offer in the session on 10/10/23.

This form (and meeting) is for you, if you have experience with MN child care regulations/licensing standards and wish to share feedback with MN DHS regarding opportunities to improve regulations to support MN Montessori programs'.  Your feedback is of critical importance to this once in a many decades opportunity to reconsider our regulatory environment for Child Care Centers in MN.

Please let all your ideas flow without concern for perfection, viability, etc.
What if the regulations were changed so that the variances detailed in the Montessori Variance Pack were not needed because the regulations already met these needs?
