#UNPINKED | The LGBTIQ+ Diversity Conference | Speaker Form 2024
We are very pleased that you are applying to be a Speaker:in for #UNPINKED 2024.

Please tell us a little bit about yourself and the topic you are proposing in the form below. At #UNPINKED there are two formats where speakers can share their knowledge:

1) Presentation on the Main Stage
This is about sharing best practices or research results with the audience in max 10-15 minutes. The presentation will be followed by a Q&A with the participants. In total, each stage slot goes for 25 minutes.

2) Moderate a Roundtable
In 90 minute sessions, roundtable discussions involve presenting a topic (see below) to a small group of max 15 participants in the form of a keynote presentation (max 10 minutes). This is followed by an exchange with the group on the topic in question. Best practices can be discussed here, approaches to solutions can be developed and questions can be asked and answered.

Important:
The presentation or roundtable should deal with at least one of these topics:
→Best & Worst Practices in LGBTIQ+ Diversity Management
→Trends & challenges in LGBTIQ+ diversity management
→Study and research findings on LGBTIQ+ diversity.
→Other issues affecting LGBTIQ+ in the workplace (e.g., coming out, intersectionality...).
→Personal experiences and inspiration.

→ HR Managers & Executives, Diversity Managers, C-Level Managers, Network Representatives or Members and anyone interested in the topic in the workplace.
