På Lunds nation arbetar vi för en trygg miljö där alla gäster och medlemmar ska känna sig trygga i våra lokaler. Alla former av diskriminering, ofredanden, trakasserier och våld hör inte hemma på vår nation- eller någon annanstans i samhället.

På Lunds nation värnar vi om följande:

I detta formulär kan du beskriva ditt ärende du vill kontakta oss för så utförligt du kan och orkar, eller bara kort att du vill bli kontaktad av oss. Det är du själv som väljer om du vill vara anonym eller ej. Observera att du inte ska lämna namn eller uppgifter om den som utsatte dig eller någon annan för diskriminering eller trakasserier här om du har den informationen. Den information kan du lämna till oss först när vi tar kontakt med dig, men bara om du vill bli kontaktad och lämnat dina kontaktuppgifter.

Detta kontaktformulär finns för att du enkelt ska kunna komma i kontakt med nationen när du blivit utsatt för diskriminering eller trakasserier inom nationens verksamhet, eller om du sett något hända, samt kunna få din röst hörd där du kan uttrycka dig, anonymt eller ej. Kom ihåg dock att i det fall du önskar vara anonym, kan vi inte ta ärendet vidare och kalla till samtal med dig/den som utsatt dig för diskriminering eller trakasserier. En anonym anmälan fyller även den ett viktigt syfte, eftersom det ger oss en insikt i vad som sker i vår verksamhet och hur vi kan vidta eventuella åtgärder för att göra nationen till en tryggare plats.

Viktigt att komma ihåg är att även om vi har en nolltolerans för diskriminering och trakasserier på nationen, är det viktigt att komma ihåg att möjligheten till påföljder av ärenden är begränsad från nationens sida. Har du blivit utsatt för brott vill vi uppmana till en polisanmälan. Det finns många stödfunktioner som kan hjälpa dig genom processen, nedan listas några värdefulla kontaktuppgifter.

You can give us that information only when we contact you, but only if you want to be contacted and leave your contact details.

This contact form exists so that you can easily get in touch with the nation when you have been subjected to discrimination or harassment within the nation's activities, or if you have seen something happen, and to be able to have your voice heard where you can express yourself, anonymously or not. Remember, however, that if you wish to remain anonymous, we cannot take the matter further and call for a conversation with you/the person who subjected you to discrimination or harassment. An anonymous report also serves an important purpose, as it gives us an insight into what is happening in our operations and how we can take any measures to make the nation a safer place.

Important to remember is that although we have a zero tolerance for discrimination and harassment on the nation, it is important to remember that the possibility of sanctioning cases is limited on the part of the nation. If you have been the victim of a crime, we would like to urge you to report it to the police.
