Registration for SDG Jr. Arts Camp 2023
Our aim is to lead campers to be in awe of who God is and what He has done, and how we can use many art forms to worship Him. It is a full day camp running from July 17-21, 9am-3:00pm at SDG's studio in Oakville, ON. Camp will include daily Bible teaching, songs, skits, and games during our morning session in addition to various art workshops throughout the day. At the end of our camp, we hope to host a short concert to showcase the families of our campers what they have learned throughout the week! Every effort will be made to keep your child safe during class time but unfortunately, accidents sometimes happen. To ensure that first aid can be given to your child immediately, if such an incident occurs, please agree to the following: I give full authority to the staff of SDG to administer first aid if my child should become injured. In the case of any serious emergency, I give permission for my child to be taken to the emergency clinic. (We will endeavor to reach the parents before taking such a step.) I agree to absolve the leaders of SDG from any liability in connection with any injury sustained by my child before, after, and during Camp 2023. *

A registration fee of $40 is due with your registration form. It is waived if you register prior to Apr. 1st. Registration closes May 31st, 2023. *

Payment of $260.00 must be completed upon registration in order to be fully registered. Payment should be made by e-transfer to dance@sdgloria.ca. A discount of 10% is available for each additional sibling. *
