At Matrix Multisport we run multisport festivals across the UK, Ireland and France which include The Castle Triathlon Series, The Castle Run Series, The Castle Swim Series, The Commando Series, Run or Dye and Run Wild Fest. It has always been our mission to help kickstart and continue as many people's fitness journeys as possible and we won't stop now.

We are active people that now must stay inside to support our society and ourselves. This is a daunting prospect and so we’ve had an idea. We are collating all the ways we can keep fit and sane in these unprecedented times, in one open-source document.

We invite you - our amazing community of triathletes, runners, cyclists, swimmers, obstacles leapers - of all ages and all abilities - to share your recommendations so we can all support each other. Once you have added a recommendation you will be able to access the responses from the rest of the community.
