PTO Directory/Parent Involvement Form 2019-2020
Thank you for your interest in The Exploris School PTO this school year. We appreciate your support and look forward to a great year!  We use volunteers and funds raised to:

Support our staff
      • Provide staff luncheons and breakfasts
      • Provide classroom supplies for teachers
      • Provide gift baskets for staff birthdays

Support our students
      • Sponsor middle school dances
      • Pay for 8th graduation ceremony
      • Provide funds for end of year crew celebrations and special activities

Build a community
      • Sponsor school socials (fall and spring)
      • Back to school picnic in the fall
      • Tissues and Tea for Kindergarten Parents

…and much more!!

Your next question is probably how do we raise funds to accomplish everything:
      • Membership donations
      • Passive donations (ie, box tops, Harris Teeter VIC card link, dine in nights at restaurants)
      • Revenue from fundraisers (ie, spirit wear, ArtByMe, Spring Silent Auction etc)

All Exploris Parents and Teachers are considered members of the PTO.  If you would like to make a beginning of year optional membership donation to support the Exploris PTO, we would greatly appreciate it.  If every adult contributed just $5 it would make a huge difference!  There is a donation link to our Square site at the end of this form.  You can also send in checks made out to Exploris PTO at any time.  Thank you!

Would you like your child's name and your contact information listed in the PTO Directory? *
The directory will be provided by the PTO and will be password protected on the PTO website. The directory will include children's names, grades and all of the parent contact information you choose to provide in this form. It will be posted as a Google Sheet.
