Startup Pannonia Scale-up program aims at supporting startups from Hungary and Austria to accelerate their businesses.

🎯Why should I apply?

The program will give you a personalised journey that hinders your startup growth focusing on the gap areas of your business. The 4 weeks program gives you the opportunity to sit down with startup experts on a weekly basis to envision your startup journey, identify the key gap areas of your business to get from where you're now to where you want to be with the help of your expert team.

🥊Who will guide me and my team through the program?

We have two heavy weight startup experts ready to guide you on your startup journey over the month.

🇦🇹 Olivér Csendes who is connecting the CEE and Western European startup and entrepreneurial innovation ecosystems. He is a former [Pioneers.io](http://pioneers.io) and ex-COO of Startup300 AG.
🇭🇺 Zsolt Gemesi is facilitating the Hungarian and CEE startup ecosystem. He is the head director of the BME Z10 incubator in Hungary and co-founded several innovation hubs such as Climate-KIC or EIT Health.

🙋🏼‍♀️Who can I apply?

Any startup with (assumed) product-market fit, first traction or first revenues with the aim of conquering international markets.

🏆What can I benefit the most from the program?

You will have a clearly laid out action plan based on the your gap analysis and you will be able to take actions to narrow these gaps. You will also enrich your personal network and learn about good practices of the world of innovation.

🎮 How much time will I need to dedicate to the program?

1-2 hours weekly on 1-1 sessions and additional 2-5 hours on working on feedback you receive during the 1-1 sessions.

⏳When will it start? How long will it take?

You will be notified about your acceptance by 22nd March. You will have one month personalised 1-1 sessions with Oliver and Zsolt, focusing on:

- 1st week - 'Potential performance' phase
- 2nd week - 'Envisioning your startup journey' phase
- 3rd and 4th weeks - 'What do you need to do to close the gap?' phase
