CNY Pagan Pride Day - Presenter & Performer Application
Passionate about Paganism? Want to share your craft and expertise with others? We're looking for workshop facilitators and presenters to showcase at our 2024 CNY Pagan Pride Day Autumn Equinox Festival! There is no fee or compensation for providing festival programming.

Past experiences have featured astrology, authoring fantasy novels, pendulums 101 and so, so much more. If you would like to share a 45 minute workshop or presentation at our festival please fill out the form below.

We are no longer excepting performer applications.

About the festival

Hosted by the Church of the Greenwood, 2024 CNY Pagan Pride Day Autumn Equinox Festival  will once again be held at Long Branch Park in Liverpool, NY on Saturday, Sept. 21, 2024. The mission of Pagan Pride Day is to foster pride in Pagan identity through education, activism, charity, and community.  Our festival is a non-profit event, with free admission for the public.

Presentation/Performance Details
Please provide a brief overview of what programming you would like to feature at CNY PPD. Program and marketing coordinator, Emma Martens, will be following up with approved presenters for solidified details prior to the event.

All programming will take place in open air pavilions at Long Branch Park. A PA system will only be located at our performer pavilion. Workshop and presenter pavilions will not have sound reenforcement. Access to power may also be limited depending on the park's capabilities.

Live Performers Only: Please describe your sound equipment needs. We would like to provide consistent sound quality through our PA this year.
Waiver of Liability is Required for Participation in this Event.
Waiver must be read and digitally signed below before registration is accepted. You must be at least 18 years old to sign liability waiver.

I assume all risk and hazards incidental to the conduct of the event, which I have listed and to hereby further release and hold harmless the the  Church of Greenwood, Central NY Pagan Pride Event and Onondaga County and their affiliates and volunteers for any loss, damage, theft or defacement of personal or business property. I also release all personal liabilities that may occur on the premises and grounds. I agree to follow and comply with the guidelines in the contract provided. The views of The Church of Greenwood, associates and all involved are their own and in no way represent the views or actions of those participating in this event. Each establishment is unique as they have individual practices and views. Also signing of this agreement permits advertising of businesses for this event.

I also give permission to a licensed physician or hospital staff to administer emergency medical care deemed necessary when normal permission is unavailable. I certify that I have no health limitations, which may predispose me to risk during this event. I also fully realize that if a medical emergency were to occur onsite, I am responsible for payment of medical expenses incurred as the Church of Greenwood and Central NY Pagan Pride Event does not provide health insurance coverage.

This contract serves as an agreement between the vendor and the facilitators of the Central New York Pagan Pride Project Autumn Equinox Festival. I understand the requirement to maintain professionalism in all interactions with the CNYPPD Committee, before, during and after the event and that verbal abuse will not be tolerated and that I will be ejected from the event and monies paid will be forfeited.  I accept the responsibility for displaying my NYS Tax certificate and collecting and reporting my own sales tax. I accept and assume full liability for any injuries to myself, my agents or my associates and responsibility for loss to myself, my agents or associates property at any time and from any cause while on the premises of the show and hold harmless the facilitators, volunteers and all representatives of the CNY Pagan Pride event and the Church of Greenwood.
