RSPCA Survey: Enrichment for Laboratory Zebrafish
You are invited to participate in a short survey for the RSPCA’s Animals in Science Department designed to understand what kinds of environmental enrichment are commonly used in laboratory zebrafish facilities and what the barriers are to further uptake of enrichment. The results of this survey will be used to help develop further information and resources to improve the welfare of laboratory zebrafish.

Participation in this study is completely voluntary, and you can skip any question you do not wish to answer. You may also withdraw participation at any time while taking the survey. To ensure confidentiality we will not be collecting any personal data that may be used to identify you or your place of work.

The survey will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. To avoid duplication of data, we request that only one member of your facility completes the survey. However, if you have multiple different facilities which use different practices at the same institution, we would be happy to hear responses from all of them.

If you use different practices and forms of enrichment in your facility, please try to provide answers which are representative of the most fish in your facility.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact animalsinscience@rspca.org.uk.
