The Puzzle Show Art Auction Fundraiser 2024

Jeb Sisk, Titus Willoughby Woods and friends David Dragonboy Sutherland and Lauren Meichtry bring back the fun with this community-based installation. 

HOW DO I PARTICIPATE?

1.    Get a puzzle piece for a $20 donation and decorate in any way you want! Paint, draw, knit, assemblage, burn, carve, mosaic, upholster, papier mâché, sculpt, 3D print, laser cut, circuit bend… let your imagination run wild! Be part of an art show! This is a fantastic show, be sure to tell your friends!

2.    Please DO NOT add anything dimensional to the edges or the back of the puzzle piece (paint is OK). We need to fit them back together and against the wall. Also, nothing too heavy or fragile.

3.    RETURN your finished pieces Saturday & Sunday, April 13 - 14, 10am - 4pm.

PUZZLE SHOW opens and bidding begins Saturday, April 29th

CLOSING RECEPTION AND SILENT AUCTION: FRIDAY, MAY 17th, 6:00 - 8:30 PM

It’s a party! We will have food, refreshments, and other surprises. Silent auction ends at 8:00 pm. The winning bidders pick up their artwork Saturday and Sunday, May 18 & 19, the weekend after the auction.

Release of Liability: The Chico Art Center (CAC) shall not be liable to any participating artist or to any third party for losses, damages, consequential damages, or any injury that may result from participation in the exhibition. I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold the Chico Art Center and the City of Chico harmless against any and all claims, demands, damages, fees, costs, and action of any kind asserted by or on behalf of any third party(ies) arising from the artist’s participation in the exhibition. Permission is released to the CAC to use images of entered artists and their artworks solely for purposes of documentation, education, and future publicity.

Permission to sell Artwork: I give Chico Art Center permission to auction displayed puzzle pieces for donation to be shared between Chico Art Center and designers. I understand that this is a fundraiser auction.
