Thank you for inquiring about hosting a party at West Meade Swim Club.  
Party Guidelines: 
1-25 attendees.  
Member host is responsible for all guests in attendance.
A guest list must be submitted 72 hours prior to your event.
A party is not confirmed until you have received an email from the club. Invoices must be paid within 48 hours. 
All parties require a 10 day notice. No refunds within 7 days unless related to inclement weather. *makeup dates are based on availability.

*Monday-Friday starting June 9 & ending August 8. *No parties on swim meet days or July 1-4.  
*Time 2-4 (15 minute set up/tear down)

Number of Chaperones (**non swimmers may not be left without a parent/chaperone). Chaperones count in your total number of guests,

Will you need pizza from the HUT? Please note, other than cake/desert, no commercial outside food may be brought inside WMSC. No exceptions. *
