Promise Educational Supplies Award: Alternative Qualification Form (for 2nd Academic Year of Promise Scholar WSCC Attendance)
This form is for approved Promise Scholars who had alternative circumstances that can qualify them to receive the Promise Educational Supplies Award.  All Scholars should submit this form by or before August 1st (prior to fall semester) OR January 1st (prior to winter semester).  The award will be distributed once per academic year, in either Fall or Winter term, through WSCC student accounts for eligible students registered for 9 or more credits/semester in year 2 of their WSCC attendance.
