Details of the legal counselling :-
1. It'll be one to one interaction.
2. All the details of the counselling will be kept confidential.
3. The duration of the counselling will be 20-30 minutes.
4. The counselling is open to every gender.

1. Counsellors are members of "Honour of Women".
2. Respecting your confidentiality is of the utmost importance to us. However, if it is assessed that you
are at risk of seriously harming yourself or others, it may be necessary to alert others.
Due consideration should be exercised before disclosing anything of a previously unreported
criminal nature.
3. Your counselling session is free of charge but any kind of donation to society is always welcome.
4. If you are unable to keep your appointment, we would appreciate as much notice as possible (no
less than 48 hours).
5. No contact is permitted with your counsellor outside the relationship of the counselling session. You may contact through official Email address mentioned above.
6. During the session of counselling your counsellor will:
(i). Explain more about the process of counselling.
(ii). Reiterate confidentiality and boundaries.
7. Standard professional procedure requires that summary notes be made by your counsellor. These
notes will be held securely by the counsellor.
8. If you have a concern regarding any aspect of the service, please raise it with your counsellor or mail at
honourofwomenlegalcell@gmail.com.
9. Your personal identity will be protected, except if your counsellor feels that there is serious risk to
yourself or others or if the counselor is compelled to break confidentiality by law.
10. The duration of counselling session will be around 25-30 minutes and it may extend in extraordinary situation only.
11. The counsellor reserves the right to cancel or postpone the session in case of certain unavoidable emergency.
12. You will be asked to fill a feedback form on the completion of counselling session.
