The undersigned desires to participate at the Latimore Valley Fair, located at the Latimore Valley Fair Ground on June 21st thru 23rd, 2024.

In consideration for being permitted to exhibit at the Latimore Valley Fair, the undersigned exhibitor hereby releases Eastern Museum of Motor Racing, its officers, directors, agents, employees and volunteers from any and all claims or liabilities which the undersigned exhibitor may have against them or any of them on injury, loss, damage, theft, or destruction of the property or goods of the undersigned exhibitor from any cause whatsoever. The undersigned agrees to follow all rules laid down by the Eastern Museum of Motor Racing.

Please complete the following in full. Submission of your entry form guarantees adherence to all rules and regulations.

Make sure your address, phone number and email are complete, so you can be reached by the Latimore Valley Fair Committee. If you feel unwell during setup and/or the fair, please do not attend.

Games: For the games, there will be a fee of 10% of gross sales. This will be collected each night of the fair. There will be no additional charge.

Food Concessions: For the food concessions, there will be a fee of 15% of gross sales. This will be collected each night of the fair. There will be no additional charge.

Vendors: For craft, antique and race related flea market and memorabilia spaces, there will be an entry fee of $40.00 for each space. In order to guarantee your space, please mail your check by May 30th to: EMMR, PO Box 688, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055
