Thanks for your interest in joining us on SIBLINGS! If you are someone who happens to have grown up with a brother or sister; or, maybe you didn’t grow up with them but they still feature in your life; then you will understand the peculiar and nuanced relationship-storm that exists within the universe of ‘siblings’.
When a member of a sibling unit is a person with a disability, this universe becomes even more nuanced. What are the orbits, gravitational laws, shooting stars and physics of this universe?
In order to create a show that celebrates this dynamic relationship, we will hold a series of 4 in-person workshops in November where we will delve into the stories, interactions and experiences of these sibling combos. You and your sibling/s can come to 1 or all 4 workshops - whatever you can commit to.
Open workshops (all 11am - 2pm): - Saturday 3 Dec
- Sunday 4 Dec
Location: The Factory Theatre, 80 Onehunga Mall, Onehunga, Auckland.
Parking: This location is wheelchair accessible and also has a free carpark - please note that the carpark is down an incline, so will require assistance if using a manual wheelchair. The Flock team are happy to assist with this on the day!
