Indy Folk Series wants YOU to Volunteer!
The Indy Folk Series is an all-volunteer organization. We do not have any paid staff. We have been trying a lot of new things over the past several years and we have more exciting plans. We would love to have a few more volunteers to join the fun!
As a bonus, when you volunteer at an Indy Folk Series event, you attend that concert for free!

Many concerts over the years!
Most new volunteers like to start off by volunteering on the day of the concert, in a role that is easy to learn. Which of these are you interested in? (There are other "day of" volunteer needs as well, that can vary from one concert to another, but these are the main ones.) Check all that apply.

Set up crew: Arrive to venue at about 4:30 to set up stage, tables, chairs etc.
Snacks/Beverages: Arrive by about 5:00 to help set up food/beverages. Clean up food/beverages during intermission.
Clean up crew: After the concert, move the furniture back into place and clean up as needed. We are generally done by 9:45 pm.
I need to volunteer in a capacity that does not involve standing or walking. This could be greeting people at the door, handing out information, etc.
