Welcome to the Durham Craft Market! We are excited about your interest in becoming a member of our market. We are an artist-run organization that thrives on membership involvement to fulfill our mission to the artists and the community.

Our regular market season runs from April to November 2022 and we are "open" every Saturday from 8am to 12pm. December + March: Winter hours are from 10am to 12pm. There are limited vendor spaces available each Saturday, therefore sign up for markets is on a weekly first come, first serve basis.

Members will be required to follow any Covid-19 Durham Craft Market rules that may be implemented, as well as any state or local requirements.

The Durham Craft Market is a juried market and all membership applications are reviewed by our Selection Committee.

Marketing
The Durham Craft Market reserves the right to use any social media content published by a member for the purposes of marketing the Durham Craft Market. The Marketing Committee reserves the right to photograph member's work at markets and special events to be used for marketing purposes. The Durham Craft Market may request for members to provide images of their work to be used in marketing materials.

If accepted, I agree to pay the $200 annual membership fee by April 1, 2020 I understand that if I do not pay the membership fee, I forfeit my offer for membership with the market. Payment can be made via the PayPal button on the Durham Craft Market website or by check mailed to the DCM address listed on our website.

Durham Craft Market Membership Agreement
I have read the Durham Craft Market (from here forth being referred to as DCM) Rules document and understand the Seller Qualifications, Member Responsibilities and Selection Process. I agree to adhere to the Member Responsibilities or be suspended from the DCM without refund. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless all entities associated with the DCM without refund. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless all entities associate with the DCM from any and all demands, expenses, fees, fines, penalties, suits, proceedings, action, and cause of action, of any and every kind and nature, arising or in any way connected with my participation in the DCM.
 
A submitted application constitutes a contract to follow and be bound by the DCM Rules, Limitations & Procedures and is a commitment to participate personally, if accepted. Violations of Rules, Limitations & Procedures prior to, during, and/or at the end of the market year will result in loss of vendor space, without refund, and the vendor will be excluded from future shows with the DCM. Applicant certifies that photos of work accurately depict applicant’s materials. Applicant certifies photos submitted are the sole work and ownership of applicant. Applicant agrees that photos and description of work may be used in promotional materials for the DCM. Submitting this application certifies that you have read and understand these rules.

I understand that submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance to the market. All applications are juried and reviewed by the Durham Craft Market Selection Committee.
