We need your help finding great candidates for the Early Educator Fellowship!

The Fellowship is for early childhood educators working in DC who are passionate about their work and want  to strengthen their professional networks and build their skills. In order to apply, candidates must:

1) Work directly with children ages 0-5 as a primary job responsibility on a daily basis
2) have at least one full year experience in the field of early childhood;
3) Work in a setting that accepts the child care subsidy and/or is classified as Head Start, Early Head Start, or Title I;
4) At a minimum, have their CDA and be actively working towards your AA;
5) Receive approval from their supervisor to apply;
6) Be comfortable communicating in English (listening and speaking).

Beyond these requirements, ideal candidates will demonstrate a strong commitment to the work of early childhood education, an intention to stay in the profession, and a desire to learn and grow.
