Lobby Passes can be requested by any visitor who has an accessibility consideration that limits their ability to stand in a line-up at a venue. Access to the designated waiting area is granted to the visitor and their companion (if required) upon presentation of a Lobby Pass to a Front of House Representative, along with a valid ticket. The nature of the lobby access varies by venue and space may be limited.  

Lobby Passes are available to download to your mobile device through TIFF Account Manager. Physical Lobby Passes are no longer offered.

No supporting documentation is required for requesting or obtaining a lobby pass.

Lobby Passes will be available in your account by September 9.
