Fall 2022 PEP Registration Forms
Fall classes will meet the weeks of Sept. 26, Oct. 3, 17, 24, Oct. 31, and 7, unless otherwise noted. There are NO classes the week of Oct. 10 to accommodate Conferences and Midwinter Break. A make-up week is scheduled for November 14 to accommodate Monday of Fall Break, teacher sicknesses, and any weather closings. All classes are 3 - 4 p.m. with pick-up at the Eagle Exit, unless otherwise noted.

Registration
Please complete the form for each child and for each class. Payment must be sent to the host teacher to complete the registration. Checks are to be made to the class moderator, with a separate check for each class. Venmo is an option for some classes, based on teacher preference. All checks and online registration forms must be received by September 23. There will be no refunds for early withdrawals from the class. It is up to the discretion of the instructor of a class to determine class size. Classes will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.  Payment is required for registration.

Attendance
Teachers will assume that if your child is present at school, he/she will be attending the PEP activity as scheduled. We will also assume that if your child is absent from school, he/she will not be attending the scheduled activity. To ensure your child’s safety, we need to be aware of absences. Thank you for alerting us. Make-up opportunities are at the discretion of instructors.

Snacks
Students may bring a snack to eat at the beginning of class. All drinks must have screw-on lids.

Arrival and Dismissal
Students who are participating in a PEP activity will be dismissed with walkers and proceed to the cafeteria for a Snack Shack opportunity. Using funds on their Flik lunch account, they can purchase snacks or eat a snack they bring from home.

At the end of the activity, all carpool & walking/bike-riding students will be escorted to the Eagle Exit (back parking lot doors at steps) for dismissal, unless otherwise stated by the instructor. Children who go to YMCA Extended School Care will be dismissed to that site.

Thank you for your cooperation in being prompt to pick up your child.  If you are not able to arrive within 5 minutes of the activity’s dismissal time, your child may be dismissed from the PEP program class with no refund (at the discretion of each PEP instructor).  This is to ensure the safety of your child and to respect the time commitments of the activity leaders.

Behavior
Students who register for PEP activities are expected to be respectful and attentive as described in the Code of Student Conduct contained in the Parent-Student Handbook. It is the responsibility of the activity leader to see that the environment is conducive to a good experience for all students. Repeated misbehavior will result in a student being dismissed from the activity without a refund. PEP is meant to be a fun time to explore new areas of interest, and all students deserve the chance to learn and participate.
