It leverages Net Promoter System, Impact Process Mapping, financial analysis, business outcomes and talent outcomes as both leading and lagging indicators. The Net Impact System helps tell a story of learning's contribution and connection to business results using reasonable evidence. This session will discuss how to not only strategically plan your evaluation approach using The Net Impact System, but how to put it in to practice using maps, templates, and technology so that it is a practical and scalable system to show evidence of impact.
