The goal of this questionnaire is to gather anonymized data about companies, their IT infrastructure and their security practices. This data will later be used to analyze the relationship (if any) between the usage of cloud architecture and security maturity.

The form should not take more than 10-15 minutes to complete and only contains multiple choice/checkbox type questions.
