I understand that Ultra Bodies PTY LTD is not able to provide me with medical advice with regard to any medical conditions I may have and that this information is used only as a guideline to the limitations of my ability to exercise. I will not hold ULTRA bodies (Sophie Maree) liable in any way for any injuries that may occur while I am training. *

I understand the methods employed by Ultra Bodies PTY LTD do not guarantee results. They are guidelines that the client must follow through on in order to see any type of change. The client agrees, therefore, to hold the coach free of any liability and responsibility for adverse reactions as a result of advice given. *

I understand that I am purchasing a subscription program with a minimum term of 12 weeks for Premium coaching and 8 weeks for Essential coaching. Breaking this early will incur a fee which is calculated by half the cost of the number of weeks remaining on the plan. Exceptions may be made for those with medical conditions at our discretion. *
