By booking a place at Breakfast Club, the following terms apply:
-You must book your child's place a term in advance**
-The fees are payable monthly in advance, on the 1st of each month via Parentpay
-If fees are outstanding Billesley Primary will remind you of the payments required
-If your child is ill or not required to attend a booked session, 24 hours notice must be given and you will not be charged for the session. If not, you will be charged for each booked session.

By booking a place at Billesley Stars Playcare, the following terms apply:
-You must book your child's place a term in advance**
-The fees are payable monthly in advance, on the 1st of each month
-If your child is ill or not required to attend a booked session, 24 hours notice must be given and you will not be charged for the session. If not, you will be charged for each booked session
-Children need to be picked up at the agreed specified time**
-Late collection- in the event of a child being collected from Club AFTER 5.30pm, an additional charge of £4.00 per 15 minutes will be payable

If your child suffers with asthma or is taking any medication then you are responsible for ensuring that your child has a separate inhaler and/or a separate supply of any medication that they may require for Playcare. All members of playcare staff are qualified in first aid.

Accidents
-In the event of an accident I consent to any emergency medical treatment necessary during the running of the clubs.  I authorise the Breakfast Club & After School Club staff to sign any written form of consent required by the hospital authorities should there be a delay in obtaining my signature if considered by the Doctor to endanger my child’s Health and Safety.

Child Protection
-I am aware and understand that any carer, who suspects that a child in his /her care has been abused or neglected, has a duty to report to the Area Social Services Department.

If you have any questions or queries about fees or having difficulty in making payments, please make an appointment to see Mrs Campbell ( School Business Manager).
If payment is still not received, we will withdraw your child's place at Playcare/ Breakfast Club until any fees already accumulated have been cleared.

**These measures are now in place in order to keep Covid 19 secure and all pupils, families and staff safe in our Breakfast and Afterschool care.
**Places are to be booked in advance so we can put in place the necessary measures to ensure we are Covid secure.
