False positives do happen and writing an appeal and instances when they reverse their decisions do happen. Rest assured that your rights is defended from verbal abuse and harassment from others. This is the ban process and periods for BCA: 1st offense: 2 months ban / Forfeiture of prizes 2nd offense: 1 year ban / Forfeiture of prizes 3rd offense: Perpetual BAN & disqualification. Note: We BAN the player not the account. If you get BANNED outside BCA, the same punishment applies.
