AVPN 2019 Workshop - Introduction to impact management

About the workshop:

Impact management is coming of age and there is an increasing understanding and convergence on the issues that are central for all organisations.

As well as introducing some to the core conceptual issues, this workshop will have a practical focus on identifying the key questions and dimensions of impact that investors and investees need to consider if they wish to measure and manage their impacts.

Social Value International and The Impact Management Project will co-deliver the session, allowing attendees to increase their practical understanding of what is needed to create and develop a framework to manage impacts.

• Address some of the challenges and solutions to aggregating impact at the portfolio level
