Before continuing, please review the following information.

• To participate in the book study, you must read How to Adult by Jake Cousineau
• The book study will take place virtually with asynchronous communication via Penn State's Canvas platform. 
• You will need a PSU account in order to participate. If you do not already have one, we will assist you in obtaining a free account.

Participants who meet the following requirements will receive a copy of the book at not charge:

• Be one of the first 50 eligible participants to register
• Hold a valid PPID number
• Currently serve as a teacher in Pennsylvania

If you are not eligible for a free book or if you register after the free books are claimed, you will be responsible for obtaining the book on your own at your own cost and/or borrow one from a local library.
