According to art. 13 par. 1 and par. 2 of Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (Official Journal .EU.L.2016.119.1) (hereinafter: GDPR) we would like to inform you that:

The administrator of your personal data is the French-Polish Chamber of Commerce with its seat at Aleje Jerozolimskie street 93, 02-001 Warsaw, entered into the register of associations of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw under KRS number: 0000147491, NIP: 5261737417 (hereinafter "Chamber of Commerce").
Hereinafter referred to as the "Co-administrator".
2. Your personal data will be made available to the other co-organizers of the event by the Chamber of Commerce.

ccifp@ccifp.pl4. The basis for the acquisition and processing of your personal data by the Co-administrator is art. 6 sec. 1 lit. B) GDPR, i.e. The performance of the contract for participation in the "Chambers Online Networking" event (hereinafter the "Agreement").
5. The purpose of processing your personal data is the conclusion and implementation of the Agreement, and the fulfillment of all obligations imposed on the Co-administrator by the co-administration agreement, the provisions of the GDPR, the Personal Data Protection Act, and other specific provisions regulating the processing of personal data.
For this purpose, the Co-administrator will process the following personal data:

first name and last name,
•
e-mail address,
•
information about affiliation to a given organization.
6.The co-administrator will entrust your personal data to other recipients only based on the provisions of law within the scope of their rights, or in connection with the need to fulfill a legal obligation or exercise a right under the law.
7. The Co-administrator may entrust your personal data to entities acting for the Co-administrator based on entrusting data processing. These may be IT system providers, e-mail service providers, and other entities through which the Administrator processes personal data.
8. Your personal data may be transferred to entities co-organizing this event.
9. Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the contract binding you and the Co-administrator, as well as after its completion for the period resulting from the provisions regulating archiving issues.
10. You have the right to:

Access to your personal data and receipt of a copy of the personal data subject to processing according to Art. 15 GDPR;
•
Rectification of incorrect data according to Art. 16 GDPR;
•
Demand the deletion of data (the right to be forgotten) in the event of circumstances provided for in art. 17 GDPR;

Requests to limit data processing in the cases specified in art. 18 GDPR;
•
Transfer of the provided data, processed in an automated manner, art. 20 GDPR;
•
Object to data processing in the cases specified in art. 21 GDPR.
11.Your personal data will not be subject to profiling or automated decision making.
12. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office,
