Cool Creek Farm Spring and Summer Camps 2024
Please use this form to formally register your 1st-4th grader (6-9yo) for farm camp weeks (M-Th) in March, April, June, July and August 2024 (specific dates noted below).  All camp days run from 8:30am-2pm and have 8 campers per day. Activities each day will vary and will be weather dependent but will include, reading, nature exploration, art, time with farm animals (goats, chickens, barn cat), games, creek (very shallow) play, climbing structure/swings, sprinkler/slip n slide, fort building, campfires and special visitors. We will be outside exclusively with barn shelter available to us.  This is an electronics-free experience. The cost of camp is $180/week/child.  I understand that my requested week(s) are not confirmed until I have paid in full.  And, in all cases, payment must be made prior to camp beginning. Camps must have a minimum of 6 participants to proceed.  You will be notified at least two weeks in advance if a camp is cancelled and you will be refunded in full, as needed.  Discounts for financial hardship may be possible.  Please reach out to me directly.  The camp day runs from 8:30am-2pm.  A late fee of $1/minute after 2:05 will be assessed for any late pick-ups.  You will be invoiced via email and can pay via Venmo, Zelle or by regular check.  No camp refunds will be made for days missed due to camper illness, vacation or the like.  Your registration and payment holds a spot specifically for your child for the day(s)/week(s) chosen.  If I have to cancel a camp day due to my circumstances, you will be refunded. Please indicate your understanding of the billing, cancellation, refund, late fee and payment process. *

I agree to send my child without any electronic devices (I will have my cell on me and will be able to reach out in case of emergency).  Additionally, I understand that this is an entirely outdoor camp being hosted on an active animal farm with inherent dangers which could include injury and death, despite measures taken to the contrary.  I agree to hold harmless Cool Creek Farm, Melissa Frey and her heirs and assigns from all matters related to incidents while attending this camp. *
