If we reach out to and hire someone you recommended through this form for the roles of Engineering Lead, Senior Software Engineer, or Human Data Lead, we will give you a 5,000 USD referral bonus if:
  • we are not currently in touch with the candidate about a role (e.g. if they've already applied),
  • you were the first person who recommended the candidate to us since December 2023,
  • they are one of your first twenty form submissions, and
  • we don't already have a financial arrangement (e.g. if you're a paid recruiter we contract).
Your referral expires six months after submission. While we'll try our best, some rare circumstances (like sanctions) may prevent us from issuing your referral bonus.
