A voucher will be emailed to you within 2 business days upon our receipt of this form. You will need this voucher both when you make and attend your testing appointment. Please note that you will be charged $25 at the time of testing. This payment will be handled by Examity (previously called BVirtual), the company proctoring the Accuplacer exam, not Minnesota State University, Mankato.
