Hello and thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the CCGA 8th Annual Gardeners Conference!
Our 8th Annual Gardeners Conference will be held on Saturday, March 20, 2021 and for the first time, it will be hosted virtually on the event platform Hopin. Find out more about Hopin at https://hopin.com/ 

This year's conference will be a lively and informative day of presentations, networking, and connections, all from the comfort of our homes.

The conference will run from 9:00am – 4:00pm with three sessions of concurrent workshops. The virtual Expo Area will be open for the duration of the conference. As an exhibitor, you will have the flexibility to schedule time to be ‘live’ in your booth. The schedule encourages attendees to network and interact with the Expo Area from 11:00-11:30am and from 12:30-2:00pm. Attendees will be able to view your pre-recorded content, slides, and website links while you are not ‘live’. Reach: In the past, the in-person CCGA Annual Gardeners Conferences have drawn around 300 gardeners representing all areas of Chicago. We anticipate an increase in attendance with our virtual platform. We have over 1,700 email subscribers with multiple pre-conference emails sent, and 2,800 social media engagers.
Here is the basic information about exhibiting this year:
1. The fee for exhibiting is $50.00 per organization which includes one representative who will be able to moderate your booth.
    Additional representatives can be added at the regular $25 per adult and $15 per student admission fee.
2. Please complete this application.
3. Upon acceptance, CCGA will send a confirmation and link to make your payment.
4. Upload your logo, content, and booth artwork per the specs provided in the confirmation email.
5. The CCGA Communications Team will support each exhibitor with the setup and testing of their booth.
