Preparing the land for the students' work at the Fall Festival (September 27 during school)

Light Refreshments will be provided for a shared lunch to start at noon
Meet on the bricks in front of the Hartsbrook Main Office, Rain or Shine

Thank you for volunteering to support Hartsbrook by helping to work on our campus for the coming Fall festivities!  This event is being organized by the Family Association and the Buildings and Grounds Department with the Campus Committee. 

We suggest you wear old clothes and dress for mess! We will do some painting work along with raking, pruning, and clearing. 

Children are welcome to attend with families, and parents will be encouraged to work together to rotate childcare responsibilities as needed.

TASKS FOR THE DAY: (skills needed, how long each takes, tools/equipment needed):

• painting a shed (willingness to paint - all levels appreciated, 3 hours, painting tools will be provided)
• cleaning the garden beds and setting them to rest for the coming winter (willingness to play in dirt, 3 hours, bring your favorite garden tools)
