Dear Parents,
Thank you for your child’s participation in St. Ann’s Youth Ministry. We are committed to providing fun and meaningful activities for the youth at St. Ann’s while maintaining safety as our top priority.
This permission form is for the monthly Youth Group gatherings, to be held either at the Church of St. Ann or virtually via Zoom, according to the most up-to-date Diocesan Guidelines. Youth Group gatherings will be under the guidance and supervision of the Church of St. Ann’s youth ministers, possibly with the help of volunteers. All adults present will have been appropriately screened and will have been certified through the Diocesan training program for working with minors.
All in-person youth group gatherings will follow the protocol outlined by the Diocese of Trenton:
All gatherings will be approved by the Pastor
Maintain/enforce social-distancing at all times
Masks will be worn at all times
No food will be served
Sanitation protocols will be followed
Attendance will be taken, in the event that tracing will be necessary
Temperature check upon arrival
Enough adults to enforce social-distancing
Hand sanitizer will be provided
We will observe the limits of numbers of persons allowed to gather in the spaces we will be using.
Youth Group gatherings will be two hours long, and youth are expected to be dropped off and picked up promptly by a parent or legal guardian.
In the event that we are required to meet virtually, we will conduct our meetings via Zoom, and will always have at least two certified adults present in the virtual gathering to maintain a safe virtual environment for our youth.
Again, thank you for your child’s participation in St. Ann’s Youth Ministry. We are committed to ministering to St. Ann’s youth while upholding all due precaution to ensure the safety of all.
