In discussion with members of the community, IEEE CoG 2023 will be
primarily an in-person conference. However, the organization acknowledges that for a wide variety of reasons not all members can physically attend the conference and that traveling may simply be impossible. Therefore, the conference will provide the possibility for remote presentation (prerecorded but live streamed) for remote authors. At least one remote author must register for the conference (regular registration, as IEEE Member or Non-Member).
Remote authors/presenters are asked to record their talk, which will be livestreamed during the conference and made available to all attendees to be viewed at their own convenience. Q&A for remote authors/presenters will be handled asynchronously (over the Discord server).
All sessions will be live streamed and recorded (unless requested not to), allowing for remote access to the conference and viewing content asynchronously. Local and remote attendees will all have access to the IEEE CoG 2023 Discord server to discuss conference presentations and relevant work.
