Session 1 Curriculum: Cultural
(September 30th 10am to 12pm)
This training will focus on how culture shapes the way we see the world and interact with other people. When people see the world differently, it can result in misunderstandings and conflict. This training will focus on how to be sensitive to cultural differences and avoid misunderstandings while working together to achieve common goals.

Session 2 Curriculum: Communication
(October 14th 10am to 12pm)
This training will focus on interpersonal communications in the midst of cultural diversity. It will focus on how to communicate in a way that is respectful and sensitive toward diverse cultures and how to avoid unnecessary miscommunications.

Session 2 Curriculum: Communication
(October 28th 10am to 12pm)
This training will build on the previous two sessions and explore how to build cultural competency in the workplace. It will look at common issues of diversity that may arise on the job and how to navigate them. It will also focus on how business leaders can promote cultural competence in their organizations.
