The Waldorf School of DuPage is committed to nurturing a healthy, sustainable future of whole, aware, authentic people. This includes supporting the health and well-being of our community. Specifically, we are following all applicable guidelines and laws related to the COVID-19 pandemic. As these guidelines and laws change, we will adapt our procedures and protocols to meet current requirements and recommendations.

We request that all families, faculty, and staff join us in supporting our community and commit to these responsibilities by digitally signing the pledge below.

We ask for your commitment that your family will:
1) Follow IDPH guidelines in general, including wearing a face covering when required by recommended guidelines and laws, washing hands frequently, maintaining physical distance when appropriate, and avoiding gathering in large groups.

2) Be conscientious regarding travel in general, and to COVID-19 hotspots in particular. Practice social distancing and use face coverings appropriately when traveling, and self-quarantine when required according to IDPH guidelines in place at the time of travel.

3) Self-isolate in accordance with government guidelines if you test positive for COVID-19.

4) Encourage others to support these protocols within the WSD community.

5) Cooperate with the Waldorf School of DuPage as well as local, state, and federal agencies in contact tracing efforts.
