Circadian Rhythm Body Temperature Tracker
Circadian Rhythm: Circadian rhythms are physical, mental, and behavioral changes that follow a daily cycle. The more times you take and record your temperature everyday, for many many days, the better your data will be (and the better your graph will look).  Time stamp is automatically collected for each entry.  Over the course of many days of data collection your circadian rhythm should become clear. This will also be useful for determining your baseline temperature- so you know when your temperature is high. Once you have recorded 20 data points over at least 3 days, we will send you a link to a graph (scatter plot) of your data.

What is your temperature in degrees  Fahrenheit (F). Always use the same thermometer- so even if it is slightly off, at least it will be consistent. *

Always use the same one for consistent results (so only need to answer this once unless you want to note something like recent exercise, nap, shower, cough, sore throat, etc? (Note this is NOT a medical site).  This will be for your reference only although others will see comments, but NOT your email or name.
Optional: Info we'd love to have only the first time you fill out this form only: 1)Why are you doing this? (assignment, curiosity, etc.).  2)Where did you get the link from?
Circadian rhythms are physical, mental, and behavioral changes that follow a daily cycle.  They respond primarily to light and darkness in an organism's environment. Sleeping at night and being awake during the day is an example of a light-related circadian rhythm.  Your body temperature varies over 24 hours as well.
