Please use this form to request books to be checked out to your child or you. You can request more than one book. Books can be delivered with the meals coming from school or can be picked up from the school. Pick up times and days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM. Book returns can be made the same way, by either leaving them in a bag for the meal delivery crew or dropping them off at the school. Please provide you email so an email confirmation can be sent to you.
