My name is Megan and I am a mom of two. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Pre/Postnatal Performance Training Specialist (Pronatal), and Certified Postnatal Fitness Specialist (JMG Fitness Consulting). I am currently in training to be a Certified Pre/Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist (Dr. Sarah Duvall) and I have completed Mamastefit's Birth Worker course, so I am very well-versed in birth mechanics! I also have a background in psychology and behavior change, and I am passionate about helping people feel their best throughout pregnancy, postpartum and beyond!

- Monthly 20-30 min check-in calls

- Continuous movement assessments to check progress

- Education and trainings to empower you to get results to last a lifetime  

- 30 min virtual pelvic health consultation with Dr. Olga Treko, Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist

- 3 month packages (3 months - $975 USD pay in full ($150 off), or monthly payment plan of $375 USD per month)
